Lakeside Cottage Rental Rates
2026 Season, Memorial Day Weekend- September 15th
Accommodations are 12’x16′ light housekeeping cottages (stove, refrigerator, microwave, sink, table, chairs, dishes, etc.), by the lake, suitable for one couple, with one queen bed. Cottages have screened porches and restrooms. Clean linen is provided for the bed. Towel service not available. Showers are located near the cottages.
*Cottages are available to rent 7 days a week.
* Holiday Rentals are for a minimum of 3 days (Memorial Day Weekend, Independence Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend)
*Rates for cottage rentals include Day Membership Fee.
*Rates do not include 8.5% NH rooms tax.
* Rates are per couple; Children 10-17 years of age, add $5/night
* No pets please! Please request info on local boarding facilities.

Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel, a fee will be charged. $25 if over two weeks before arrival, $50 if one to two weeks, $75 if less than one week; no-show fee will not exceed one night’s rental rate, unless otherwise specified.
